A day (or four) at Cheltenham racecourse is certain to deliver exceptional sport, an exhilarating atmosphere and astonishing betting totals. Ensure that you create outstanding memories to encourage and sustain loyalty, increase brand awareness and improve interpersonal relationships. Spending time, in person, at an event is a precious gift in our digital age. Corporate hospitality is proven to deliver significant returns on investment. Make the most of your opportunities.
If you’re hosting a private party, the horse racing hospitality packages are equally suitable and rewarding. Don’t compromise; expect and receive the best at Cheltenham’s prestigious racecourse.
First held in 1860 and once a two days event, the four days of horse racing which comprise the festival are hugely popular with Irish guests thanks to its proximity to St. Patrick’s Day. Winners of the Top Jockey (the most wins throughout the four days) here include Ruby Walsh, AP McCoy and Peter Scudamore.
DTB Sports and Events Platinum Marquee package starts at £349 per person plus VAT.
The marquee lies in the Tented Village, just fifty metres from the Guinness Grandstand, and only minutes from the parade ring and finishing straight.
The package includes:

- Four-course luncheon.
- Complimentary bar.
- Full afternoon tea.

The dress code at The Cheltenham Hunt Festival is not as strict as at other horse racing hospitality events, Royal Ascot, for example, but the organisers recommend dressing appropriately for the winter-spring weather conditions. Many ladies choose to wear hats, men often wear suits or smart clothing in the hospitality areas. There is no definitive style to be worn.
Please bear in mind that most of the car parking space is on grass so footwear should be able to cope with this; please don’t ruin your shoes on arrival.
Should you, or your party, wish to wear fancy dress – perhaps a company mascot outfit – this is permitted outside of the Club Enclosure during the festival. (The management reserves the right to decline entry for offensive or inappropriate outfits.)
There’s a horse racing hospitality package to suit all budgets and tastes. Be warned, they are all experiencing high demand so waiting to book could be a costly gamble.
